MISSION STATEMENT 201 PRODUCTIONS was formed in 2003 by Executive Producers, Roger and Felicity Marrs Producer/Director Victor H. Mancilla The purpose was to take an unknown story and bring it to the general public of the United States, Mexico and the Philippines to foster a positive understanding between our peoples and to preserve the legacy of Mexico’s only expeditionary military force during wartime to serve beyond its borders. On October 2005, 201 Productions teamed up with Executive Producer, Jerry Smolinsky to complete a feature length documentary of “ The Forgotten Eagles”. For the first time, all surviving pilots and ground crew personnel were reunited for in-depth, on-camera interviews with the production team and film crew. The interviews, private memorabilia, photos, rare documents, and various locations made the phase one filming and overwhelming success. All governments have been most cooperative. Currently
the production team is working on completing a full feature length
documentary by 2006. |
